So this might be the time to invest in a brand new, not-black cocktail dress that will make women everyone jealous of your killer fashion sense.

Beauty is pain, as the saying goes — and in this case, the pain is directly in the wallet; cocktail dresses can be extremely expensive, especially for something that you only wear once or twice.
