It’s time to dust off the cheesy eighties inspired game-show set, get our best suit pressed, Tiarra to get her hair did, and for you to come on down from the audience for Geek Life’s latest giveaway contest!

Or, you know, get your typing fingers poised, whatever.

In celebration of the latest release in Kazu Kibuishi’s New York Times bestselling Amulet series, The Last Council, publisher Scholastic is giving you the chance to win a copy of the book plus the first three books in the series. Oh, but that’s not all, dear readers – the lucky winner will also receive a Visa Cash Card loaded with $50. That’s just shy of $100’s worth of prizes. Awesome, right?

 

 
Continuing the adventures of Emily and her friends, The Last Council sees them travel to Cielis, thinking they’ll find the help they need, but something isn’t right. Streets that were once busy are deserted, and the townspeople who are left live in fear. Emily is soon escorted to the Academy, where she’s expected to compete for a spot on the Guardian Council, a group of the most powerful Stonekeepers. But as the number of competitors gets smaller and smaller, an awful secret is slowly uncovered – a secret that, if left buried, means the certain destruction of everything Emily fights for.
